We believe a tool should be focused on solving a single task and solving it well.

Using a site should not require that you register an account.
Registering an account should not require you to divulge personal information, including your e-mail.
Data should be stored client-side (that is, on your computer) whenever possible to prevent data leaks.
Results from user interactions should be based on those interactions, not algorithms.
Less is, inevitably, more.
